Welcome to Mile for the Camera Episode 6! In this episode we run a 1 mile out-and-back with fitness and nutrition coach Tatum Perez.
Tatum is a fitness enthusiast with a particular interest in strength conditioning (something most endurance athletes could use some help on). She is also obsessed with nutrition. She just so also happens to be a IRONMAN World Championship (Kona) finisher!
All this makes her the perfect person to ask for advice on surviving these off-season months. From cold weather that keeps us indoors to endless amounts of food, we clearly need some tools.
